Dear ECTA-members,

You and your partner are cordially invited to our 33nd ECTA Convention, which will take place from June 28 - 30, 2024 at

Sport Hall of Turnverein Cloppenburg
Schulstrasse 10 in 49661 Cloppenburg

The Sport Hall is close to downtown Cloppenburg. The train station, the Soeste-Bad, the Musemsdorf and the pedestrian zone of Cloppenburg are about a 10-minute walk away.

The ECTA Convention contains two days (Friday and Saturday) packed with seminars, many of them including panel discussions. These, as well as the council activities, focus on sharing of experiences and expertise.

The breaks between sessions, the meals, as well as the evening meetings are great opportunities to talk, catch up with old friends, make new ones, get entertained and maybe even to dance.

Attending all activities of the convention is free of charge for ECTA members and their partners.

This year non-ECTA members are also eligible to attend, the attendance-fee is 60€  per person. Please use the separate registration form (see link-list at the right).

TOURISTIC OFFERS

If you still have time left before, besides or after the convention, Cloppenburg has interesting things to offer. For example, the nearby Museum Village is one of the largest open-air museums in Central Europe and also one of the oldest of its kind.
In almost 60 historic buildings, visitors can explore the regional culture of 500 years ago and gain an insight into the daily life and work of the people of that time.
The centre of Cloppenburg with its pedestrian zone and the Soeste-Bad with its numerous swimming pools invite you to linger or enjoy a swim. For further information consult the website of the tourist information.
